Twice I have had this location take money from me and not honor it because of mistakes they made in their system. The girl ha no customer service skills and was very rude when I tried to expain the situation. Read all reviews because apparently this location is infamous for stealing from customers. There are a lot of 1 star reviews that claim similar situations. I suggest finding another location this one sucks and so does the staff

The staff always welcomes me with a smile. The beds/booths are always clean and sanitized. The only thing I wish was different is the mandatory membership. I would so much rather be able to buy just one month unlimited. I know I can cancel my membership, but I would still rather just buy visits when I need them. Overall though, I absolutely love this place!

I worked here for several months. The manager/asst. Manager plays favoritism for her “friends” working at the salon and pretty much just hires her friends.when someone called out for a covid test one of the assistant managers was on the phone for quite awhile trying to find out when the girl was there if she went what time etc..then they mentioned they should have called and pretended they were the girl.the manager doesnt play fair..what one will get spoken to about the next one wont. She likes to write u up constantly. They talk about anyone behind their back they are not ur friend. They will look thru every inch of ur social media too and judge u based on that alone. The managers also dont work the weekends if just a couple times. They leave that for the other workers and they never like to close.

Staff are friendly and helpful, if you have questions about anything to me as a hair stylist they seem knowledgeable about their products at this location and don’t just try to push and sell their products on you , it’s like they have classes when new products come out, love it .. The staff was friendly, but the bed was junk and radio on the wall was also not working and the button was broken off. The fan button in the bed was also broken off. Yet the place was empty and thats the bed they gave me .

Forget the other reviews, they look very fake, (very easy for the business to post fake reviews!) this one’s real, I’m a real customer and my experience was the tell all. I went to tan the day after Christmas, I was dealing with the “director”. One of the employees appearently entered my payment info incorrectly the month before (her fault) so my membership did not automatically renew. That’s ok, it happens no big deal, but here’s the kicker. I did not have any way to update the payment on the spot, so they would not let me tan not even for that one visit. I drove 30min to get there. They didn’t even try to help me, no solution, no “ok we gotcha this time, no problem”, not even an apology! They offered me nothing but the door. The attitude was basically “tough for you”. I felt incredibly unvalued as a customer. I have run multiple successful businesses, you don’t treat your customers that way! It’s all about the customer! And you have to care about them and treat them like a friend. I was not treated like a friend. If it was my business, I would have certainly let my customer tan, and apologized for the screw up. I will never be going back. They don’t care about you! But that’s to be expected when it’s run by a soulless corporation many miles away. That’s the benefit of supporting small local business run by owners who actually care about their community and their patrons. Be warned.

Manager is great, her girls are great and treat you like one of the family, the shop is always clean and relaxing. They play a nice variety of music to give a relaxing atmosphere not hard rock like I have experienced in other stores.

Very disappointing, beware of their promotions. First I was miss quoted a price when selling me the promotion. Then when I attempted to use the 3rd tanning session out of the 4 I purchased 16 days ago I was told it had expired. Nothing was said or any paper work given stating it was only good for 2 qeeks.
