I love this experience so much. There are five different types of tanning that you can select. Fast, Faster, Fastest, Instant and spray booths. The staff here is very casual and friendly and always willing to clarify certain package details. I would definitely stop by and give the Instant bed a visit. It’s the best Keene has to offer.

I have been to many of there other locations but none that are as great as this one! The beds are always Super clean and the facility is tidy. The staff is Super kind specifically speaking when I went in there today tommy waited on me she waits on me often, and always has a great smile on her face along with offering any details on upgrades or specials going on. Whenever I have a question I know I can go to her and she would do a great Job explaining it. I would like to leave an outstanding review about sun tan city located in Keene New Hampshire. I have been to many of there other locations but none that are as great as this one! The beds are always Super clean and the facility is tidy. I used to be a fan of this place for years. I recently purchased a promotional package of 5 tans for $9.99. A great deal if it was honored. Bought on 1/11 and according to promo on their building it goes through 1/31. Apparently you only have 13 days to use it or expires, this was not mentioned when purchasing and I actually got a “yes” when I confirmed that I had til the 31st to use them. I got to use two of my 5 tans. I don’t live close but I drove into Keene solely to use 2 more, a regular tan and a spray tan on 1/27. was told I couldn’t because they had expired which is obviously upsetting, I said I would buy another round of 5 tans because the promo was still running and was told I couldn’t do that because I had too recently purchased the last one that wasn’t being honored. Needless to say, felt like a bait and switch and I’ll be looking elsewhere to tan.

Great and convenient location, few minor flaws. With a tanning place in a college town, this can get really busy. The concept is really cool for the machines, and the packages are mostly straightforward. Girls are pleasant. The beds are decent, but I have noticed they are heavily scratched/cracked (or old) and also have noticed some beds are missing screws and are in need of repairs and updates. I also enjoy listening to music but the music/sound system is really bad and not always working. Not sure where customers money is flowing, probably to corporate as this is a chain business.

The place is great for all tanning levels…except for the instant tan, which is harsh on the skin. Service is awesome too.

I love this place. Clean, friendly and the manager Emily is amazing. Initially (over a year ago) I did have some issues with employees giving the wrong information but that was under a different manager. To those who had a bad experience, I would give it another try. You will be pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it is to stop by and tan now without getting any attitude 🙂

The in store customer service is great! Love the beds! When working with customer service, through the home base, they are horrible! I was doubled billed for two months in a row and they did not get back to me for weeks!! I canceled my membership because of this.

Corrupt place to work. Does not matter what kind of family situation you have going on. They terminate employees while being on bereavement and while being under the care of a physician. The DM’s make up their own rules but then when an employee follows suit those rules are no longer applicable.
