When I brought it to the her attention she said I have to pay the full price again to be resorayed which is robery ! The young girl was not helpful at all in facted she stayed very annoyed by most customers that came in the door . Their price is too high and no one EVER told me about the 9.99 deal where you can try out all their beds.I. asked the girl working if I could pay the ten dollars and get the deal and she said no,its for new people,which I was and i explained that no one ever pointed out the deal and her reaction was”oh,they didnt?”and questioned me about who was working the day I started going….REALLY…it was HER and she didn’t want to own up to it.I started going to Ultra Tan now and so glad I did because they have better beds,rates,etc..lost a good customer over your mistake..Vickies Z.
