Critical: ProfessionalismBought one of the most expensive beds just before they shut down for COVID. bought a full month. Just went in to restart my month that I bought and they told me it has expired. It has run out!! Not cool!!!! I just assumed it would restart when I came back in for the first time after re-opening!! But nope. They stole my money saying my time started again as soon as they re-opened which I really didn’t even know they had opened. Bought one of the most expensive beds just before they shut down for COVID. bought a full month. Just went in to restart my month that I bought and they told me it has expired. It has run out!! Never open it seems…theur hours are HIGHLY IMPRACTICAL. Staff is either one of two things, neither of which is desirable…..they’re either rude as you know what, or SO unknowledgable that I know WAY MORE about not only the tanning lotions and products, but the difference between the levels of beds, bulbs in the beds, etc. I chalk it up to poor training and the owner just not caring, as its his only salon in WV, that and the fact that he is a doctor as well as a business owner of a chsin of tanning salons, so one little salon that doesn’t bring in that much revenue doesn’t matter much to him….which to me makes me feel like that me as well as my business and my mlney spent there don’t matter to him either, which OBVIOUSLY makes me NOT WANT TO SPEND ANY OF MY MONEY THERE AT ALL!!! DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!!!!
