Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy regular tanning place was only taking appointments and was full for the day. I saw sunspot and decided to stop in and check it out. Jacob was great at making me feel welcome and thoroughly explaining all of their packages to me. He also took the time to take me on a tour of the salon so that I would know where everything is and showed me how the different beds worked in case I used a different one the next time. He took the time to find out my needs before recommending me a lotion to try out since I didn’t have one with me. He was extremely friendly and really made me feel comfortable in a new place. So much so that I had to stop and get his name before leaving so that I could leave my review 🙂 The bed I used was clean as well as the room and I got a great color from the bed from only 12 mins. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jacob! Your customer service skills are on point and I appreciate the time taken and great attitude!! Jacob was great at making me feel welcome and thoroughly explaining all of their packages to me. I’ve went here multiple times in the past and the beds don’t get warm. Never have been sunburned here nor have I gotten tan. But can go to Extreme Tanning here in town and get tanned…even sunburned. I think Sun Spot has bad bulbs or beds. Tried different times throughout the month thinking they just needed new bulbs but failed every time. Waste of money. Even though it’s owned by a woman, she does not like other women. A very jealous person and will miss treat you and talk down to you if you are a woman. Never will I waste my money here again!

Staff was so friendly and helpful for my first visit. The radio in my bed’s room barely worked though so I had to use my phone. They did keep the place very clean though!

Every time I have came here and tanned the staff has been really friendly and nice but there has been one time that one of the staff was actually rude to me or could’ve came at me another way I understand that they close at 6 o’clock on Saturdays I came in probably 1015 probably 20 minutes till 6 o’clock to 10 I tanned for 20 minutes got up and got dressed as quickly as I could and the staff came up to me which was a man came up to me and said hey The store closes at 6 o’clock I’m gonna need you to hurry up I just felt that it was really rude the way that he asked me to hurry up he didn’t even ask me she just said I’m gonna need you to hurry up so pretty much that’s the only thing bad that I would say about this place other than that it’s clean are usually everybody’s really nice I got 10 pretty quickly the prices are a little overpriced but other than this experience I would say that this is a great place to tan!
