Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI requested a “deep tissue massage”. I was not told you have to pay cash. Luckily I had cash. The massage was $80 and I gave the lady $100 and she did not give me my change back. The room she took me in was not nice. Had a child’s train rug on the floor, ripped old sheets. I first started face down and all she did was push on my back. She did not massage at all, then proceeded to walk on my back which was very painful. I have had a pulled muscle since! Two different times she left the room for over a minute to talk to walk-in customers and ask them to come back. She did not add any time to my hour. Then as I was leaving I asked her for my change (I did not feel that she deserved a tip) and she gave me a weird look and handed me my $20. I requested a “deep tissue massage”. I was not told you have to pay cash. Luckily I had cash. The massage was $80 and I gave the lady $100 and she did not give me my change back. When I arrived at 3:04, she said I was to late, she already had another customer. Don’t tell someone to come in, to not honor the appointment time. Super unprofessional.
