It’s a decent place when they are actually open. I have been there on 5 different occasions and they had the door locked and lights off. Terrible way to treat a customer that used gas to get here only to find its closed! Sunbed tanning

I usually go there only during the Winter for Winter for tanning beds.. The staff is very helpful and friendly with any questions I need Answered because I’m a guy and don’t know a ton about tanning beds.

I have been tanning at the Sun Shoppe for many years. I am always able to tan up nicely before a vacation. Clean and welcoming environment. Bulbs are always fresh. Team Cristina and Marci are the best ever!!

I would not suggest visiting this salon. The manager has zero customer service skills. The bulbs on their beds haven’t been changed in ages. The equipment they use is completely out of date. You would be better served going somewhere else. Besides, right next door is a Planet Fitness and it is free to tan there. Can’t believe they would treat lifelong customers so poorly!

This place is really unsanitary, I got contact dermatitis (skin irritation/infection) after tanning here to prepare for Mexico. All the manager had to say was “you can’t say its for sure from us” (YES I can– many medical tests done, hundreds $$$ spent, was not my lotion that I used before, and the rash showed up later that exact day I had tanned here) and “we cant refund you because its policy” although I had purchased a package and still had credit here. I did not feel my request for a refund was unreasonable considering my medical expenses. To even get a response from maangement, i had to call 3 times and finally just gave up and went in after i realized they werent going to call me back ever. This place overall is very poorly ran and quite frankly, gross. Would not recommend!

Terrible Terrible Place! Was in a big hurry, but wanted to get warm and do a quick tan a few days ago. I called from my parking spot in the lot and asked for a specific bed. The gal on the phone told me it was available now. I said great I am walking in. As I get in a gal was checking in. I was next and told her I was the one that called for the specific bed. She said oh well that gal just took it. WHO DOES THIS??!?!! From what I hear She Was The Owner!!! If I didn’t already have a package I would not be returning.

Highly recommend this place, prices are great and no crazy tanning plans. I told the owner of Bulb out on a bed and the next day she had it fixed! I’ll be back for my next vacation or for vitamin D

I highly recommend the sun shoppe. The beds are up to date and the employees are very friendly. I couldn’t find better deals anywhere else. The shoppe is clean and someone is always there to greet you.
