Clean. Friendly. Affordable. Great place! To many other grouchy uncalled for negative reviews. You decide. Try it. This is a clean location. The staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve been going here for years and have never been displeased. I’m recognised when I walk in. Once or twice I’ve seen staff on their phones BUT WHO ISN’T THESE DAYS??!!?? cut them some slack, they are young and working for min. wage. All in all… Excellent place!

Both the Bloomington and normal salons are terrible. The staff is always so rude (young girls that could care less that you are there). I tried contacting management about a poor experience I had and was basically told “Oh, well they’re supposed to be nice.” Are you kidding? The salons are both incredibly dirty. I shouldn’t see other people’s lotion stains on the wall or have to pick hairs out of the beds I’m about to use. Go to the Ultimate Tan. They care so much more.

Worst tanning salon I have ever tanned at. I continue to make complaints about how dirty the beds are and nothing ever gets resolved. Paid for a stand up bed recently and the entire floor was full of dirt and hair it was disgusting. Every time I get into a bed there are handprints of lotion on the top and hair stuck inside the bed. The staff knows nothing about the products they are selling and never recommend them. They have terrible customer service skills. Every time I am this location they are sitting on the couches when I walk in or sitting in the office with there feet up on a desk. Always on there phone in front of customers. It’s just really bad service in general. I have never had this kind of problem at the Peoria locations though just Bloomington. Would definitely not recommended this tanning salon for anyone.

Absolutely the best tanning beds i’ve been to in my travels..I was traveling through Bloomington on the way to a job. Girls at the Sun Room were friendly and beds were some of the nicest I’ve been to across the country.
