I love it here. It help me. I have good experience with them. I have never had troubles. If I had a bed at had problems I would let them know and I would explain I would not wanna go to that bed and they would understand. I have my 3 month plan I am keep it because they are the best I am good to keeping going as long as I need. They cleaning bed after you so that good. If you need a extra towel they give it to because I need one so I ask they give me one. But I am happy with both locations of the Sun Rayz.

There definitely worth going to, some beds are a bit pricey but I enjoy the stand up the most for price, time in the heat and the end result. And the employees are all extremely helpful and pleasant which is a definite plus.

This is the only place I will go to tan! The staff is ALWAYS nice to me and very helpful. I read the ONE bad review on here….and I guarantee you that Jim will do all he can to make sure that his customers are happy. He has been in business for many years and you don’t get that successful with a bad staff or a bad owner! Great job staff! Thank you for always making me feel welcome and letting me aggravate you when I’m there .

It has been a couple years but i enjoyed my visits. .it was very private and clean . The staff was friendly and explained your package to you. Worked with your schedule. They also advised about going to another bed the same day and over sun exposure.

Great place to “take 5” & get a great tan at the same time. Your choice of beds (5 different beds, I think) & packages. Or get a “Spray Tan”…..Always clean & sanitized. Friendly & knowledgeable staff! I’ve been going here for years …tried others always come back to SunRayz!

No color after my spray tan. Very rude service. The employee told me she would not give me another spray after being asked and told I would buy a monthly membership of spray tans at $89.95 (which is obscene). Every time I go get sprayed they give me a different price for spray tans. The first time I went it was $25, now it’s $30. This is for the exact same spray. I told her I wanted bronzers and she gave me clear. The owner would not give me my money back or another spray with bronzers. When you text the sunrayz number they give for promo’s is BS also. This tanning salon is a rip off. Their employees have attitudes and it’s uncalled for. Take my opinion and take some customer service training. My whole employment background is in customer service and finance. I have won many five star customer service employee excellence awards. The way you are running your business is greedy. I will be taking my business elsewhere and speaking with the BBB.
