But don’t sign up for auto draft they’ll get another month from you if you don’t discontinue within 5 days even if you go in on the 4th day before and their close on the 5th day and you can’t sign the paper for them to stop the payment from coming out. I went in Monday because they were closed on Sunday and now I have to pay another month. I was told in the beginning if I wanted to cancel donit before the last say of the month. Rules change all the time. Not happy with these changes.

They should let the members know upfront that everytime they come in they need to show their eye wear. Not on random visits be told you need to see them. So, your digging in your pockets or bag for them. Also, I’ve been going to SunRays for 12 years on and off. I have never had them tell me my son couldn’t sit in the lobby. I canceled my membership on the spot. Maybe be a little friendlier with your customers so you don’t lose them. Spent a lot of money to be treated very rudely several times lately and tonight was the last straw.
