This is always the best place!! Fantastic job! The ladies are always so sweet! I have tried so many places for years and this is hands down the best!!! I came here before covid and was so glad they are still open! I come for medical reasons, for leg massages, cuz of my veins and in grown nails and they do the best job. I leave feeling like a million dollars!! Thank you!!! Fun colors and designs too!!!

Called beforehand to make sure the ladies were available for 2 gel manicures & 2 pedicures. Normally, I’m at a nail salon for 1.5 hours for this. The lady who did my mani/ pedi was done under 1 hr . The lighting is toned down in the place, so I couldn’t really see the imperfections until I walked outside. I couldn’t get them fixed dt having to get my child from school & fearing the time it would take to fix it. The lady advised that I return after the pickup. After completing the 2nd time, my nails were still cut in a slant with bumps, and she said she didn’t see it. She added oil to my hands to cover the mistakes…. beds felt like scratches that weren’t buffed out, bubbles in the nail beds, debris that wasn’t wiped off prior to placing the gel, and the color was filed down at the tips. There was very little improvement. She had another client waiting, which made me think she rushed through my session. It’s unfortunate that I had paid for both sessions. Thankfully, my mother-in-laws nails were flawless. Please forgive my dry cuticles. I’ll be going back to L’Envie on Lugonia.

Went to get gel mani/pedi because they are more affordable but it was a big mistake. Got an infection on an index finger and a toe. Three weeks later I’m still trying to deal with the problem. They do a decent job but the place is not sanitary. Gel manicures

Booked an appointment for silk wrap nails, when I got there the manicurist immediately started trying to put acrylics on. After clarifying that I had booked silk wrap, he did them, but the final product was extremely disappointing. (Look closely at the bubbles under my nail). Only giving two stars because he was very gentle. I do not recommend this place at all. It is not worth your money.

First try at this place was Jenny was great!!! Their prices are affordable which I love because I am able to treat myself without worrying about prices or feeling guilty. Being a mommy, working part time, and going to school is a lot. I am happy that by coming here, I can afford extra like Gel ect!

This is seriously the WORST acrylic set I’ve ever received in my life. I asked for a coffin natural ombré look and received the chunkiest set of nails I’ve ever had. The ombré was absolutely horrible and I am usually not one to say anything to a nail tech. I know all 10 fingers aren’t going to look identical and I don’t expect perfection, but the ombré literally didn’t match at all or even look good in anyway when she was finished. I had to ask on multiple fingers to have it filed down so more of the ombré would show and it wouldn’t look so bad. I had to ask them to be shaped more to coffin and they came out uneven and crooked and just look absolutely horrible. There was extra acrylic dried all over my fingers and the tech left it that way. I’m still picking off acrylic from around my nails. They are really just the worst set of nails I’ve ever received and I just have to be honest and let everyone know, DO NOT GO HERE!

I read the reviews on just about every nail place in Redlands and Yucaipa and finally picked this place, its really hard to go somewhere based on reviews because what one person, “thinks, feels, experiences” may not be what someone else in the “same” situation would have felt. If you don’t know the Asian culture it is very easy to think they are rude or don’t care or don’t care to even be working, you have to look past that, they are actually very humble and sweet people who work hard and I think they deal well with rude high demanding clients. I loved this place it was fast and they did an excellent job, when your pedicure is over they rub your legs with warm stones which was unexpected and relaxing the price was excellent, if you ever want to take a friend for a treat this would be a great place to go.

First of all, this place is filthy. They haven’t swept or mopped the floor since ‘82. I saw small cockroaches walking around. I decided to ignore it. I asked for a fill. I always get light pink dipping powder at every shop I go to. I always go to different shops, & I make sure to call ahead to make sure they have light pink dipping powder. Even though no shop has the same color of pink, they always do their best to BLEND them & put a thick enough layer so it covers the whole nail in a solid color. The girl applied a bit of pink powder on the part of my nail that was bare. She “finished” & then asked me what shape I wanted. I asked her if she was going to leave them like this (for some reason?, my pix won’t upload w/ my review…). She said yeah. That she didn’t see anything wrong. I said that it wasn’t blended AT ALL & that it wasn’t finished. She said she didn’t know what I wanted. Her parents came over & said that no two pink powders are the same & they couldn’t possibly blend it. I asked them if they thought my nails looked nice, if they looked blended, if they looked finished. They didn’t say yes. I said that every other shop I’ve gone to, has successfully blended my nails. The employees at this shop OBVIOUSLY are uncapable of doing such a job. I walked out halfway because I am so appalled that they were going to leave my nails so poorly done. Don’t come here.

How many times do I have to say OUCH and flinch in pain??? I asked them to be careful and my toes still hurt. I thought it was a spa. Chairs didn’t work and NOT spa like or comfortable. Ladies NOT friendly at all. The shop was old and dingy. Not anything like websites represented. Then she tried to put my shoe on wrong feet with one hand while she was talking on the Phone . Felt disrespected. Very disappointed
