Very very very bad service. Worst manicure and pedicure I have EVER received. Left hangnails on every finger, did not use cuticle oil at all. Did not even file my nails, left them very jagged Ask that they correct and they would not. My pedicure, left me feet still rough, did not try and get the rough and dry off, left polish all over my toes and one half way polished. Please, please save your money and time and choose somewhere else to go. The guys doing the services also will make you feel very uncomfortable. Worst service I have ever received for $75. Horrible and they refuse to correct the issue.

I had an appointment at 11 on Friday, didn’t get in a chair until about 12, I showed him my inspiration picture for the design and he started. He was rushing quite a bit. He didn’t measure the nail size before glueing them on so some nails are too small and some are too big. A few of the nails are crooked. I wasn’t too worried about that but when I asked him to shape my nails he said he would shape them later. He applied the acrylic and then attempted to shape my nails. He did not ask what shape I wanted and just went for it and started painting before I could ask for him to shape them more. He was VERY aggressive while filing them and it hurt my finger & nail extremely bad. He had cut to the length I wanted and then he filed them so much that they were much shorter. Needless to say, I will not be returning

This was my first time going here… I don’t think I’ll be back. The guy didn’t fully exfoliate my feet and toes, the water was so hot I could barely stand to hold my feet in it, my gel polish looks okay but it’s smudged a little which may or may not be my fault. But either way, for as much as I paid… I don’t think the service performed weighs out. He seemed rushed. And I think he overcharged me on the gel nail polish. I’m almost positive the price listed on the menu was $15, but he charged me $20.

Worst pedicure in my life (Sept 1). I had to ask the nail tech 2x to stop hurting me with the rough massage and aggressive sanding. He rushed, having the water basin empty and ready to paint in less than 25 mins. When I pointed out that they were not even or straight, he filed them more crooked. I told him to stop so I could leave. And then the cashier insisted that I pay the full $30 fee, even after I told him what happened and showed him my crooked toenails were unpainted. He agreed to take $20, and now I am home trying to fix this mess myself.
