This was a pretty bad experience, and I think maybe either I caught this guy on a bad day or he may just be DONE/OVER doing nails. I was a walk-in so maybe others will have a better experience with an appointment. I had a man do my nails who seemed pretty annoyed he had to do it. All of my nails are bumpy. Like REALLY bumpy, almost like sand was in the nail polish. He cut the cuticles so intensely that I all of my fingers are sore today and many of them are bleeding now as well. I noticed the bumpy nail polish in the salons but didn’t think he would be very accommodating so I just left. I tipped as usual, but I honestly should have spoken up at the salon. I hate leaving bad reviews but I also think this may be helpful for clients and the salon to hear

Absolutely the worst full set I’ve ever had. First HE didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails just cut them as short as possible, I said square and HE rounded the corners. There was an unnecessary amount of filing done my nails were throbbing by night, and with all that filing they were still so sloppy. I had to wait a couple days and then refile them myself so they would look semi decent. I’m almost thankful he went so short because they don’t stand out no one notices them and I decided on black because again the last thing I wanted was bright ugly nails that people would notice. $50 towards a horrible buisness

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten…. I asked for a French and normally other places will use a cream or pink for the base especially after getting acrylics removed (all that stuff round my nail) . they used clear and when I asked if they had something else the response was that the light pink is what they use there…. also took 1.5 hours… paid 35 for this….

I actually cant believe the service here. asked for the deluxe pedicure. it was done in about 20 minutes. no massage, no callus removal, toes were painted sloppy. when i asked for them to do it they said they “already did”. i’m with 3 other people and none of them got it either. we paid extra and received less than we ever would anywhere else.

Really disappointed. I had a guy who i felt didn’t do a good job. He didn’t trim my nails well, and completed two pedicures (the expensive package!) in the same amount of time that another person got their single treatment. We always pay for the best package so we can get a long leg rub. I felt like we had been ripped off. Ive heard the woman who owns the shop is really good…

I would say 90% of my experience, I’d give a 1 star but the 10% was 3 only because the owner was really sweet and kind..she re-did my whole gel manicure for me.

I haven’t been in Sneads Ferry for very long. I found this nail spa and I’ve been here twice. The first time I had Kim and the second time I had. John. My feet on the bottom aren’t exactly the best. I tried to take care of them but they still have calluses. Kim and John both did a fantastic job on my feet. The bottoms were smooth as a baby’s butt. My nails turned out great. The massage was great. I will return
