One of the best nail salon experiences ever! I’m only upset I wasn’t in for a pedicure as well, I had already gotten one a few days ago. Super friendly, and clearly know what they are doing. The shape of my nails came out fantastic, in love with the color and the care they took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I’m from out of town but have family in the area and will def be back every time I’m back to visit.

I had an appointment. A nail technician was free sitting in her chair playing on her phone. I waited thinking she was going to call me soon since I had an appointment. I realized that I sat there 20 minutes after my appointment so I asked her was she going to do my nails. She replied we’re waiting on the other technician to come. I felt disrespected and walked out. Of course I got my nails done elsewhere and they did an awesome job. When spending your hard earned money, you do not have to put up with such disrespect especially when there’s thousands of nail salons around!
