I just moved back to the area from NYC. I needed another to-go nail salon that can actually do a full set ombré correctly. I did my research on Instagram and I am so so so extremely happy with my results. Jasmine did an amazing job on my nails. This is a great establishment, that gives you quality work BUT their customer service is absolutely the worst. I’m a new client to the store and the first time I went I had an alright experience, my nails came out good. The second time I had jasmine and I loved my nails. This time when I called to make an appointment I had an idea In mind of the nail designs I wanted & the tech just kept talking me out of the design saying that jasmine will not have enough time to do your nails, it did not make sense to me because I’m paying for the for the service. When I tried explaining my concern they kept dismissing me. All I’m saying is that this is my last time going here and will not be giving my coins to sun nails.Also they are very unprofessional, always put the blame on the customer!!!!!!!

Pedicure was weird. I asked for a deluxe spa pedicure gel and she did my polish first and then started my deluxe but by that time, my water turned cold and was uncomfortable. I then saw pictures online and Instagram on nail art; was thrilled but went in and had almost the worst experience. First off, prepping my nails: she went two-three rounds sanding each one of my finger nails with a USED sanding bit (that makes your nails thin by shaving off every nail layer) Two nails were crooked, powder was over my cuticles. The other nail tech said that my nail tech was following my finger. And on honest truth my finger curved the opposite direction of the crooked tip. And for Instagram; don’t just post one nail tech who’s great at nails and not mention the name of the artist. It’s VERY misleading and poor advertising.

They do a pretty good job with nails but are extremely rude and unfriendly. My mom went once and won’t go back again because they were so rude and unwelcoming. Trying to find somewhere else in the area that deserves my business and extremely generous tips. Hopefully they see this and learn a lesson to not be such a holes to their customers!

Jasmine does an amazing job every single time I’m in there. I have never left disappointed and she always takes her time and put so much detail and effort into every single nail. I followed her from another salon and I am so glad that I did. My only advice to new customers is to call and set up an appointment only because it’s a small business with about half a dozen workers so they get busy very quickly. They are worth the wait dot-dot-dot also she’s the only person that I trust with my eyebrows and they are never disappointing. If I could get more than five stars I would. I hope she never moves out of town I’d be lost without her!!!!
