I’ve gone here a long time prior to Covid and I recently returned post Covid… and I nearly had a heart attack. My services are typically mani/pedi but this time I opted for the overlay on my nails (no acrylic) and it was a big mistake! These people are just thieves and taking advantage of the Covid circumstances. I spent $77 for a overlay (short nails) and a pedi w/ a callus remover! I was so shocked and asked what the overlay cost and they said $37, almost $20 more than prior to Covid. Keep in my i don’t do gel or these long cardi b nails. Other shops even better than this one don’t charge this much!!!! Save yourself some money and go elsewhere it’s not like the work is exceptional either.

Went in with a good attitude and they rushed me from start to finish. My finger started bleeding and the guy doing my nails tried to prevent me from seeing. While he was doing my feet he just kept making facial expressions that seemed rude to me. Wasn’t offered sandals for my feet just told ‘put on your shoes and pay at the front’. I still tipped the guy $20 to be nice and he laughed in my face. Also they were giving out presents to everyone except me. Overall never coming back extremely unprofessional and it made me feel bad.

Rude people. They started my gel nails after the crescent moon of my nail-beds, so it looks a week old from day one…most likely to make me come back sooner, but I wont. Also they charged $60 for gel nails w/a regular pedicure, but my nails were very short so they didn’t need tips and used less product, but they charged me full price. Plus the lady yelled at me for choosing a gel stickers instead of regular stickers for my toes (how am I supposed to know that!?)–they should separate the gel stickers from the regulars sticker and NOT yell an their potential (won’t go there again) long-time customers!

The nails never lift and rarely come off. She can do any dezine. I find ideas on Pinterest and Cindy can do them all. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCindy is fantastic at doing nails. Too bad the rest of her staff is not. I have come to this place a few times now, and I loved getting my nails done by Cindy, but anyone else and it’s buyer beware.Today was the final straw. I had an appointment for a pedi, and added a mani when I got there. I had 2 different nail techs working on me and BOTH OF THEM cut me! One cut too short of my toe nail, which caused me to bleed and then the lady working on my hands cut my cuticles too deep as well. I had to say stop multiple times because the lady wouldn’t let me hand go when it was BLEEDING. Even worse, she doused it with alcohol!!! That stung. And the guy kept working on my toes. They both put this powder stuff on both wounds to stop both bleeding, but it still hurts! I will not be going back. I love this place! They are always kind! My daughter and I highly recommend going in…we are never disappointed! All nail technicians do incredible work! My nails are long and they always stay on..never lift! Thank you
