There’s great service here with an older really sweet and skinny Asian lady that did my feet and I was super satisfied with the outcome. However, there’s over woman there that’s a heavier and has a nasty attitude and thinks she can talk to people however she wants because she knows how to design nails there (which I beg to argue). I mean, how good could you be if your nasty attitude drowns your listening skills and performance to the customers wants? She’s there reason that I rated so low. However, the other woman is the reason why I rated so high. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this bail spot. Plus, they had a set price on the same exact bail design I got previously there and yet when I went yesterday, she raised the price $5 more. Which if course took from her tip. Idiot.

Waited patiently for 45 MINUTES! Then the man walks over to me grabs my hand and says “acrylic”? I say no gel… then next thing I see the woman who came after me is sitting in his chair!!!!! Seriously low class people in this town and the establishment could have a better way of helping customers maybe a number system write down name and time or perhaps they want the client with the most money being spent and really are not interested in serving others. Either way I would not recommend this place to anyone! On top of it all I was willing to wait for my turn. I’m frustrated AND awaiting my turn for about an hour! Save yourself the headache go elsewhere someplace organized and customer service oriented.

I don’t recommend this place anymore. The quality definitely isn’t what it was. It was a rush to get customers in and out quickly. My manicure was not worth the price because of the rushed time.

I personally would not recommend this place. The nail art they gave me is very crooked and patchy. The nail polish has already begun to come off and I only got them done a few days ago. My friend also has a very bad experience. They blatantly gave her the wrong design and when she said they were hurting her, they kept going and made her bleed. Maybe this is only with the lady she had doing her nails. But I was not impressed overall. It’s very messy in there too. And they were rushing to get our nails done when it wasn’t even busy nor were they close to closing their shop for the day.

This was the most horrible experience I had there today. I went in and explained to the lady in the front that I wanted a pedicure and regular manicure. She tells me there is 45 minute wait. I said okay I’ll sit in my suv for 30 minutes. She states to me if someone comes in and I’m not here she will take someone else. So I sat down and waited for 45 minutes. Then the lady working there comes to me and said to me she could do my manicure but not my pedicure because someone was my size and they broke their chair. I’ve got my pedicure from the lady E plenty of times and never had a problem. Yes I’m a full figured woman but I felt like I was definitely discriminated against and I would never recommend them to anyone full figured or not.
