Critical: QualityMy daughter got a pedicure today by a man that said his name was Yen. She called me crying he nipped her cuticles causing them to bleed so much so that she couldn’t finish her pedicure. I always go to this place. I have not been to this place for a few years. I went a couple of days ago and the experience was awful. The nail tech that I had with the fake blonde hair only wanted to give me one coat and was mad that I wasn’t doing gel. After I was done she made me pick up my belongings with my wet nails and told me “don’t ruin them!” I ended up messing up one of my nails because she didn’t help me and when I asked her to fix one of them she said, “that’s why I told you to do gel” I told her, “excuse me, aren’t I the customer? Should you give me what I want?” The nail tech next to her told her “you have to be more patient with the customers that just want nail color” I don’t understand why you need more patience when gel takes longer. She didn’t even buff my nails so that the polish sticks to my nails longer. When I was picking my color I felt like I was being rushed and I don’t understand what the rush was for when the place was empty. I don’t know if they are under new management because I always had a good experience at this location but never again. She also made me pay before she started and when she was wiping the excess polish off the cuticle with her own nail she was too rough. I felt like she was cutting me. They were empty on a Saturday. I guess that’s why. Never again. I have never left a bad review for a nail salon because I just don’t have the time. I went out of my way this time to save others from the abuse that I experienced

They have great designs and good gel color choices, most of staff are nice. And they did not lift or chip even after 3 weeks. However due to a personal issue that I had which I believe will be different next time this rating stands. Also make sure you ask for price before they do your nails. There’s many “extras”

Their acrylics stay on for a really, really, long time without popping off. They do a great job! Most of the techs do a wonderful job. They have reasonable pricing but for some reason the price is always different, even when I go with someone and we get the exact same thing done, our totals are always different. Its always a decent price though, but for some reason the price is different every time. I’ve been going there for years and plan on continuing!!!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had imaginabe. There are no words. I am so embarrassed to shake someone’s hand right now with the way that my nails look. I am basically crying right now that’s how horrible they look. I told them I was going to a very important event and simply needed a shellac repolish. (I had a shellac manicure 5 days prior.) There are gouges in every single one of my nails and chunks of I don’t even know what and they are bubbly and uneven and there’s Polish on my fingers and something that seems as sticky as super glue on my thumbs. Oh. And he was rude.

This salon is absolutely horrible. the first time i got my nails done here my gel nails broke and chipped polish on not even a week after having. My second set every nail besides 4 peeled and chipped half way. went in today to get a fill and waited 30 minutes for no service. There was an employee in the back who had finished with a client 3 minutes prior to me sitting down and picking a color. just absolutely terrible. i feel like i have them so many times to make it up but haven’t.. very disappointing i will take my business else where

Went there to do my nails the older man told me he didn’t know how to do design he ask his coworker and he said he didn’t have time this my second time going both times horrible service and you pay a lot of money and don’t get the service you want horrible service they just paint ur nails and that’s it not will never go there again I pay 90 for fill in n pedi n eyebrow wax.. DO NOT GO THERE.
