Since most of the reviews here are older, I decided to give Sun Nails a try with my 2 daughters. We will not be going back! The 3 of us got dip powder nails. One of my daughters was quickly worked on and her nails look beautiful. I sat down with an older gentleman, and he and the woman working on my daughter started to verbally yell at one another. He was very distracted the entire time, missing a few key steps on several nails, and dipping some as many as 7 times. A few are still tacky, and they are already starting to peel away from my nails (and we’ve only been home 30 minutes). When another woman sat to work on my other daughter, the man yelled at her, too. She shut off the light in her work area and went to the back room, never returning. Once my first daughter’s tech was done, she then finished my other daughter’s nails. For $150, I expect way better.

Well the experience was very nice. I had my nails dipped and the cost was the same as most. However, the product was either old or just wasn’t cured enough. After 2 days, the tips were showing wear, and 2 more days and they had all started to crack. About 10 days in and they were a mess.

Im a regular and normally I don’t post reviews but I was really disappointed in my service today. I feel that it wasn’t worth it or what I paid. Customers can sense when you are rushing them. Nails are my therapy after a long week and I value quality. I expressed that I was unhappy with the finish on my toes and wanted to change it and the tech continued to work as if she didnt hear me and thats fine, I still tipped her for her time to be a blessing. Being that this is not the first time my nails have been rushed I will not be returning unless Diana is available, she is amazing!
