first off, the man who worked there started my nails. he added the tips; after he begins walking away saying he doesn’t know how to do the rest. i sat there with 3 inch long nails for 50 minutes. finally i asked a lady to cut them down for me, and then cuts them and walks away. i say there for another 30 minutes waiting to even get started. the lady who did my nails cut me while filing and left me with horribly looking nails. i’ve never been so disappointed. i asked for a discount and i did not receive one. i was there for a total of 3 hours and left very unsatisfied.

Sun Nails is one of this areas best kept secrets!! I’ve been going here for almost a year and they give an amazing pedicure. The pedicures are reasonably priced and includes a massage, hot towels and stones. They have a massive color selection of gel and sns polish. I decided to do something different and get clear sns with a white design. I think it looks great! They also give excellent eyebrow waxings.

I just came in wanting to pay for 4 people (3 pedicures, 2 manicures and 1 full set). The lady doing my feet took so long where I had to stop her and just leave because she could not understand the color that I was pointing to and asking for she gave me a different color that I did not want. I guess the manager told us that they could not get to our nails today and to come back tomorrow. Why the hell would I come today for feet and tomorrow for nails? Makes no sense. I have been to this place several times trying to give them a chance and every time I leave with disappointment. Please save your time and go somewhere else. Or please before u sit down in any chair please make them confirm that they can do all of your services before they start. I paid full price for a pedicure and left with no nail polish or even clear coat.

OMG! I just received the WORST pedicure of my life. I had this old, bald headed man that was absolutely clueless!! He got up at least 4 times, and took a personal phone call. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. Don’t waste your time or $$$$! Pedicure

Had an appointment for 11:00 AM and didn’t get started until 11:45. Nails were not straight upon application and nail artist didn’t seem to care. Could never concentrate on my nails and always work on other clients. Also had an eyebrow appointment and my eyebrows look the exact same and look rushed. After 4 days, an acrylic nail has broken so we went back to get the one nail fixed. They told us 2 minutes but it ended up being 45. Instead of redoing the acrylic on the nail she just glued it back on and after 2 days, it broke again. Never coming back here after my negative experiences.

I went in for a gel fill in and to get my 3 year old daughters nails painted. They were so sweet to her when they painted her nails. She absolutely loved it! The lady that did my nails did AMAZING! She took her time and didn’t rush to get it done. You could tell that she cared about the way my nails looked in the end. I have never had such great service at a nail salon. This my new go to!

Critical: ProfessionalismI got a pedicure and I got Tina who is normally ok to work with but today she was slower than usual and one of the other nail techs I believe he calls himself Tony was bothering her about being slow. He took one if her clients because they had been waiting. She took her frustration out on me. She was putting soap on my foot and just dropped it causing me to hit the heal of my foot. It still hurts. She didn’t apologize. When she got to the point where she was to rinse off my feet and legs the water was to hot and I told her and she ignores me and continued anyway. Never will I go back there again. Tina needs to get her attitude under control because I did nothing to her.
