When I arrived, I was hoping someone would design my nails. However, the lady wore a mask. We need to communicate via reading the lip. We saw her nose come out. We let her know that something was on her nose. She wiped her nose, and she did not wash her hand. She touches on the color pallets. We had to tell her to wash her hand. She was like, ugh, with her attitude. So I decided not to want her service on my nails. I left with disgust at this store.

This nail shop near Walmart on Crater Rd, used to be my favorite place to go to for manicures and pedicures. However, I started to notice something iffy about them. THEY CHARGE FOR SERVICES THEY DON’T DELIVER‼️ For instance the last time I went there for a spa pedicure, I was supposed to receive the $55 package however I received a basic pedicure and still paid full price. This business will get over on you if you let them. Don’t let them do you like they did me. We work hard for our money, and shouldn’t lose it to people that takes advantage of us. In a nutshell, if certain things like hot stones or whatever is suppose to be included in the package then it should be delivered. DO NOT CHARGE FOR SOMETHING THAT WASN’T INCLUDED‼️

Went in on Saturday (2/19) for fill in(acrylic nail with gel polish) and eyebrows arched. Usually charge me $50. Which is insane, because I don’t cut my nails down nor need any repairs. When questioned why? The tech replied: “ length of nails.” Which doesn’t make sense, my length of nails, never changed; so and I have been going there for a minute and was only paying like thirty for fill in. Anyway, on Sunday (2/20), a nail broke and on Monday, I went back to the shop. I informed the tech (the same one that did my nails on Saturday); that I was in shop on that day and the following day it broke; therefore I needed it repaired. He replaced nail, did two coats and was done! No clear stuff they normally use after the polish nor the oily like substance to give it that shine? Afterwards, he says, “ how do you pay, cash?” I’m startled, because why should I pay n I was just in shop? He says, “five dollars “, really? The quality of service and these different prices are crazy! It’s like they charge you what they want and now telling customers, if you spend $50 or more you get $2 discount; $100 or more $5 discount! You are ripping people off! By the second or third day, you will need a fill in! Will definitely not return back.

Which of course added more time to the service. At the end I was charged $40 for acrylic nails when their sign clearly says $30. The young man claims because I had them rounded instead of square, which made no sense at all. Then they didn’t want me to use my card to pay, so I had to get cash from the ATM that all these places have installed in their shops which cost an extra $2. Will NEVER return. These people have become rip off artists and thief’s, while offering substandard products and services. If could give them less than a 1 I would. This would have been 1 star, however my sisters fill-in looked great and was shaped nicely. My experience on the other hand was unsatisfactory. I was seated in a broken massage chair that was also unable to move up which was uncomfortable because I’m short.The woman who started my pedicure was not confident, she almost clipped my skin (clipped my nail too low), was not attentive and when filing shaped my toe nails unevenly. I was constantly on edge, so much so, that I asked her to end the session prematurely in fear that the second half of my pedicure would be worse. I still wanted to give the shop a chance so I agreed to get a gel manicure done by someone else. This person was slightly more attentive and more personable. The gel manicure was mediocre and less than an hour later some nails were peeling where he had gotten too close to the cuticle. Maybe, my experience was an anomaly… but I will not be going back to this place and I’ve advised my family and friends to spend their dollars elsewhere.
