I’d love to come into your shop and be greeted like a valued customer who is appreciated rather than an inconvenience. If I could give you zero stars, I would. You have poor reviews because your customer service is lacking. And don’t tell a customer that you can do their nails and make them wait and then tell them that you can’t do powder dip and you can only do gel to force them to come back later. It’s what the customer wants that matters, NOT what you feel like doing at the moment. This is supposed to be a place of relaxation and pampering, and where a customer can go for self care. I never feel that way in your salon. Shame on you for not caring more about your customers. I’m never coming back.

Spent less than 10 minutes on my nails and refused to do a simple and easy design. Rude and almost dead silent the entire time. While her partner was quick and efficient at doing my mothers nails, the woman’s work was completely unsatisfactory and my nails were messed up before I even left the building. There’s plenty of other nail places in the area and I suggest going to one of those.

First time client for manicure and pedicure. Cindy did my nails and she was awesome. Minimal small talk which I appreciate since I’m there to relax. Also, she didn’t chat with other staff or check her phone. Nothing distracted her and best of all, she is a great nail tech. Prices are a bit more than some places but I’ll pay for the quiet attention.

I will never ever ever go here for any services again. Not only was the tech who did my pedicure not personable but the witch was rude. She hardly said 2 words to me and when I said “ouch” because it felt like she was going to hard in my skin she never apologized. I also noticed I was the only African American there which says a lot. One of my toes got messed up and she shook her head and said “be careful “. I told her the timer went off and I sprayed that quick dry spray on them. Her patience was at a 0 not sure if it was because of my color or what. Again I will never give this shop my money again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. If they want to continue they need to be more personable. This is what I get for cheating on my regular nail tech. (She was booked all day)

I called to see if they could get me in for a pedicure. They had only been open for 15 mins at this point so I figured it couldn’t have been busy. When I called and asked, the lady was rude, said they didn’t have time, and hung up on me! I called back because I wasn’t going to be treated like that and the same rude lady answered and said they wouldn’t have time until 3 then hung up on me AGAIN! I took my business elsewhere and got the great service that I wanted!
