Critical: Quality, ValueThis place use to be nice but for so reason since I started going there they seem to keep charging more when I get the same thing almost every time. I think they over charge for some of the services. I usually get hell overlay on my nails which I understand is more but $80 is too much. I was charged one time $167 and all I did was my nails no pedicure. No one could really explain to me why but I know that I will be finding another salon. They also need more experienced ppl in there when doing tips. They are horrible at shaping I’m constant having to tell someone what to do or to fix something. Then they have the nerve to charge you so much tax I think ppl pay enough for the over priced services. This place use to be nice but for so reason since I started going there they seem to keep charging more when I get the same thing almost every time. I think they over charge for some of the services. I usually get hell overlay on my nails which I understand is more but $80 is too much. I was charged one time $167 and all I did was my nails no pedicure. Critical: ValueI went here with both of my sister in laws today for the first time. I will say they were very kind and the pedicure was one of the best I have ever had. I had gotten a regular acrylic manicure, in which I was not very happy with and nothing out of the ordinary was done that I don’t get at any other nail salon. However somehow my manicure and pedicure that were supposed to be $50 and $35 came to $139 today. Mind you I only got a simple color no designs. I got a basic pedicure and I asked for a foot massage which was $12, the total should have been $97 + tax + tip. I ended up spending $167 with no explanation as to how a basic pedicure and manicure could cost so much. I understand businesses are having a hard time due to covid, but I will never ever go back to this place of business and they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of their customers the way they did today.
