Critical: ProfessionalismI took my daughter to this place to get individual eye lashes done for her birthday, the next day the whole middle part of the lash came out. I took her back up there and they said the person that did her lashes was not there and told me to come back “tomorrow” the next day I went back up there and they told me once again that the lady that did the lashes wasn’t in but she would definitely be there “tomorrow” I’m back up here right now 9/30/21 at 2:40 pm Now the whole lash fell off and we now see that we paid for individual lashes and now that they are coming of we realized that it’s not individual lashes. I took my daughter to this place to get individual eye lashes done for her birthday, the next day the whole middle part of the lash came out. I sent my daughters in to get their nails done. One asked for a design they said they could do, and did nothing close. I mean stars aren’t that hard, they did flowers instead. My other daughter’s nails are all bumpy and weird looking. When she showed the Tech. He had the nerve to blame her. Instead of fixing it he said “I just want to leave early”. They had a man work on my nails and toes…very rough was rushing me to pick a color. Employees are very unprofessional and slow. They over charge you for everything and they just don’t have nice values. They called the police on me for Voicing my opinion on the price that I had to pay for my nails and pedicure I will never return here again the manger is no good she don’t listen to the customers, very rude and nasty. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came up there Saturday for a pedicure and full set. They had a man work on my nails and toes…very rough was rushing me to pick a color. Employees are very unprofessional and slow. They over charge you for everything and they just don’t have nice values. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSandy was such a friendly and gentle! She helped me try new things and styles! I will definitely be returning!! Along with it, the atmosphere is just so welcoming! This was my first time going here but I’d recommend it to everyone!
