This was my first time visiting Sun nails after researching it online and I saw the many positive reviews which is close to rare for a nail salon. Upon walking in I enjoyed how calm and uncrowded it was because usually nail salons are packed and chaotic. I was greeted and someone helped me right away, they do require you sanitize your hands which I totally understand and respect and appreciate. I was seated quickly for my pedicure because like I said before there was no crowd. The staff here is attentive and want to make sure they get to every customer but, take their time to give you the best service possible. Daniel was the technician that did my SNS nails he was very nice and communicated with me while I was waiting in the chair that he would be with me soon. When Daniel got to me and was doing my nails he was very friendly and checked with me throughout me getting my nails done to make sure I was satisfied with the service and I greatly appreciated that as well. I felt like my feelings as a customer mattered. He also did a great job on my nails. My only Con for this salon is they try to upcharge you, especially on Gel Nails and Gel Pedicures. I have no issue with Gel Pedicures and I see their value as I have had many HOWEVER the choice to get a Gel pedicure should be mine and solely mine and I shouldn’t feel pressured to get a Gel Pedicure and I shouldn’t have to keep telling a technician NO multiple times it stresses me out and makes me uncomfortable. I know nail techs think Gel is better and it may be but don’t keep pressing me for a service I have declined MULTIPLE TIMES. Other than that I enjoy the peaceful environment of this location and the professional staff.

Daniel was absolutely amazing! He was so gentle, made sure I was happy with every nail throughout the whole process, even asked what I did for work and if I wanted multiple coats to make the nails stronger. I am so happy with my nails, and have finally found my salon!

Called in for a reservation and asked if I would be out in time to catch a flight and was assured I’d have plenty of time when I told her when I need to leave. I got in and sat in a chair for 30 minutes and then finally they started on me. Well low and behold I FINALLY almost a FULL HOUR after the time they told me I’d be done and at currently rushing to the airport. Would not recommend. I almost had to leave with my nails looking like the picture below. Notice I did leave with terrible looking cuticles.

This place gave me a great pedicure. They took care of me and paid attention to my feet. The only downside I could say is color is not included with a pedicure, only a clear coat.

I’ve been doing my nails here for almost 1 year and I’ve will never go anywhere else. I used to wait till I came to GA from NYC to do my nails when I was living bi-coastal because my nail tech in NYC was so inconsistent and I wasn’t always happy. So when I discovered Sun Nail & Spa I was so happy. Trinity and her team are just amazing. They are really skilled at what they do and I’ve never been disappointed. The SNS nails last a really long time and it don’t lift at all. Now during COVID, they have taken steps to ensure that safety is practiced to keep everyone safe. I’m really picky and have been to a lot of places before here and I can truly say as long as they continue to be opened I won’t be going anywhere else.

I didn’t get what I wanted. Daniel didn’t know how to do marble. My nails are not the shape I wanted them to be. Only thing I like about my nails is the color. I would recommend y’all go to Gary in Walmart in the pavilion. He does great nails
