Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSeveral friends and neighbors and I all use Sun Spa and each of us have a different professional for the services we choose. I have used this since they opened about 5 years ago. Joy is the consummate professional and does all my work aside from eye lash extensions. She is so good that she is only working 2 days a week. My friend uses Grace, and another uses Wendy. Wendy does my eyelashes. They are COVID-19 compliant and even have an unusual doorway device for decontamination. My hair stylist also goes here even though she employs a nail professional in her own business. Several friends and neighbors and I all use Sun Spa and each of us have a different professional for the services we choose. I have used this since they opened about 5 years ago. Joy is the consummate professional and does all my work aside from eye lash extensions. She is so good that she is only working 2 days a week. My friend uses Grace, and another uses Wendy. Critical: Quality, ValueGel manicure chipped a day after I had them done here. I paid $45 for an “organic gel manicure” on a Wednesday and one nail already chipped the next day. By that Saturday (three days later) six nails were chipped so badly it was embarrassing. I was away and not able to have the gel removed. Even regular manicures last longer. This is so disappointing. I don’t mind paying more ($89 for gel manicure and regular pedi) if it’s going to last and look nice. But I wasn’t even doing housework or anything extreme that would have caused this. Gel manicure chipped a day after I had them done here. I paid $45 for an “organic gel manicure” on a Wednesday and one nail already chipped the next day. By that Saturday (three days later) six nails were chipped so badly it was embarrassing. I was away and not able to have the gel removed. Even regular manicures last longer. This is so disappointing. They charged me before even doing my nails. Honestly the worst place to get your nails done. She also cut me while filing my nails down. They charged me before even doing my nails. Honestly the worst place to get your nails done. She also cut me while filing my nails down. Would never go here again!!!
