It was my first time there, everyone welcomed me as i went in, I had nice conversation with the receptionist, then my nail tech Mia, was amazing. She took her time, she paid attention to detail, and she actually cared to do a great job. Prices are worth the service they give you. Loveddd my experience. It was my first time there, everyone welcomed me as i went in, I had nice conversation with the receptionist, then my nail tech Mia, was amazing. She took her time, she paid attention to detail, and she actually cared to do a great job. Prices are worth the service they give you. Will definitely make this place my nail place for here on out.

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time here and last. Appointment on Saturday for 12 noon for a regular pedicure and 1230 new full set permeant pink and white. Arrived about 10 minutes early, and quickly seated for a pedicure after making color selection and surprised that I was done in 20 minutes. After which I was told that I had to come back at 130 because they couldn’t accommodate the service I requested at 1230 because it would take too long and it was about 1220 by then and barely busy with no one really waiting. Decided to get a uv gel fill since I could not return. Mia started my fill and took her 1 hour and 15 minutes which had me confused because new full set take about the same amount of time and was never given a real reason why couldn’t get what I had scheduled for, which is more expensive. Then went to pay and was charged an extra 5 dollar for picking a color that was not on the wall shelf for the pedicure. Again my first time here, nothing posted saying extra color charge if taken from different shelf. I am a tipper and this was the first time I left an establishment without tipping. First time here and last. Appointment on Saturday for 12 noon for a regular pedicure and 1230 new full set permeant pink and white. Arrived about 10 minutes early, and quickly seated for a pedicure after making color selection and surprised that I was done in 20 minutes.
