Sharon is a fantastic massage therapist. Truly therapeutic. I have a spondylolisthesis that causes me a lot of pain and numbness down my leg. Once it goes out it is often a chain reaction and something else goes with it. Not many massage therapists can make a dent when it is acting up, but Sharon is able to help me every time. She incorporates stretching and movement to access deeper muscles. Last time she worked on my hip flexor and it helped me so much.
