My wife experience was going good at first and then she. Had accidentally taken home a towel due to a medical accident she had while tanning and was totally embarrassed and ashamed to say anything so I advised her to take it home we would wash it or replace it .well they were closed for the weekend and when she returned she was going to tell them what happened privately.Before she could do that she was yelled at in front of other customers and embarrassed and she tried explain herself and the lady Dannie I believe stated to her stop running your mouth or else I will cancel your whole tanning package.So my wife said nothing meanwhile I am on the phone whole time listening to the rudeness.So I call to apologise on her behalf and she screams at me I will cancel her whole package go ahead I dare you to call me back I dare you is what she said repeatedly and I tried to apologise and nothing just rude unprofessional and hung up well in recourse there is many other tanning places THEY HAD MY WIFE IN TEARS .So I am gonna call channel 13 ITeam investigates and see what the think about what kind of grade card they should get for there “Bussines” SUN LOUNGE TANNING AND Bussines.SHOULD NOT BE IN SAME SENTENCE

Went there to get a pedicure & was rudely greeted by an older gentleman. Was told that there was no one there to give pedicures. Mind you I called regarding their pedicures right before I came in. Waste of my time!
