I have came to this place for years, but with the new owners, I have had to either wait daily because a sign is on the door that they will be back in an hour or whatever time or they are closed in general. They dont come back at the said time either. I spend a lot of money to come here monthly but now, I guess I will have to find someone else to go to. Nobody is ever here. I used to come at any time of day and maybe have to wait 10 min if the beds were full, but this is ridiculous. Nobody is ever here! Every single time I’ve gone it’s closed or there is a sign on the door saying gone to lunch or something. They need to do better especially being new owners. I won’t keep wasting my time with this.I’ve also went in and the bed wasn’t even attempted to be be cleaned. Muddy foot prints and hair at the bottom of the stand up bed. Unacceptable. We need Bridget back! This place will for sure lose business if it doesn’t change.

Since the new ownership you never know when someone will get there. Multiple times I have went to get there early and waited sometimes more than 20 minutes for someone to get there to open. I pay for unlimited and due to working in the evening I go during the morning hours usually between 10&10:30 and not a soul be there. Kind of aggravating knowing I paid for it and have to miss days because there’s no one there. Guess I will find a new tanning salon close to me. Their beds are great but not a good way to run a business especially when you are new, and have customers used to being able to go right in at opening.
