I used this tanning bed for 2 years. When I began using this tanning bed, the service was overall efficient and well worth the money. The workers were experienced and very friendly each time I would go in. Also, they were very honest about how long I would have to wait, etc and would be super understanding if I had to leave because the timing wouldn’t work for my schedule. I always felt comfortable going in no matter the employee working at the time. Then, about 8 months ago, the service, in my opinion, began to deteriorate. I really wanted to be able to go in and tan, however the workers — possibly newer employees — did not have good customer service. It was not near the level of invitation and comfort as previously. The atmosphere was no longer as inviting as it once was. When I would go in, employees would be whispering to one another, sitting on their phones. I would thank them for their service as I would leave and would be given no response. Not to mention, some of the staff members seemed misinformed about how memberships worked. I had planned to freeze my tanning for a few months as it was my sport season and I knew that I could not allot the time to go and tan. I had done this at times in the past and knew how it worked. They had informed me that I would need to come in to renew my membership-freeze at a certain day on a certain month 3 months later, however my card was charged before that time in which they had told me. I called and they were not very understanding. I understood they they had made a small mistake and that I would likely not get my money back which was perfectly okay — however they were unwilling to admit they may have made a mistake or use proper customer skills in addressing me. I stopped using this service about 4 months ago to this day. It was very disappointing as I would love to have somewhere locally where I feel invited to tan / where they want the service of teenage girls. I know many teens use this service and have felt a similar discomfort going in as some of the girls seem rude or unwelcoming.

I really like this tanning salon, BUT the girls always seem mad as if I’m wasting their time!! There customer service skills are in need of improvement!! There is ONE girl who works days I think who is always smiling, very friendly, already knows my name and what bed I like before I ever walk in the door! I’m sorry U don’t know her name because I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!

Been year’s since I been year when it was originally color me tan. This place is like a Cadillac compared to what I use to go to in Huntington. These beds and so many options are very well to do and spot less! The staff is very helpful and delightful

The girls there are super friendly and they keep it very clean. The prices are reasonable. Their beds are great. They have a few varieties to choose from, anywhere between the stand up bed, the super bed with bronzing bulbs and a face tanner which I use that one. You only have to go for 12 minutes in one session. And they have a couple other beds to choose from . They have packages to choose from with different prices to suit your budget. They have a huge selection of tanning lotions and a nice selection of clothing also. Some jewelry and bags, all priced pretty fairly.

My bed had something wrong with the hinges/hydraulic cylinders and bed actually came down so low that it smashed my face. Had to wedge a shoe on the edge to keep the plexi from touching my face. Was told that some people like it that way?? Made note in my file that I did not like that bed (#16).

My first visit today. Very nice, clean, knowledgeable staff.Hensley, a new employee really provided great advice and set me up with the perfect bed. I live in Alaska, when I return to visit family, I will stop in here. Great job owners in hiring friendly staff.

Great beds, great employees and great new location!! This the only place i go to get my tan on. In each room theres a mint and piece of chocolate with a cold towel infused with lemon. So refreshing when you get out of a hot bed. Very clean also!!
