Upon my first visit to Sun Hut, the desk attendant was successful in selling me a 10 visit package deal because, she explained, it came with a free bottle of lotion. I thought this was a good deal so I purchased the package. She neglected to tell me that it expired in 60 days. I did sign a form but did not get a copy of what I signed. I don’t really know if it pointed that out somewhere or not, but the point is, the attendant did not explain this to me in the least. I ended up losing half my visits because I was unaware. I had just visited the week prior and I was not even warned that my package was about to expire. If they really cared about taking care of their customers, they would have mentioned it was about to expire and they should have recommended that I come more frequently because I was about to lose my investment. Very poor customer service

The front desk service is great! When I signed up for my tans, the girl helped me pick out a bronzer to use. I had never used one before and she was very helpful. I love that I didn’t have to sign a contract for a membership. I’m only here temporarily because my husband is in the military so it was nice to find out that it is on a monthly basis. I would definitely recommend Sun Hut to anyone who is looking for a new tanning salon to call home!
