Really annoyed! I called and requested an appointment with a female masseuse and then when I get there they tell me I have to wait an hour because no one is available!! And I had saw the special on their website for an hour massage for $50, so I asked earlier on the phone what it would cost for 90 min and they told me $80. But when I got there another lady told me no that’s not right. There’s a very poor lack of communication at this place and not just this time, the several times I’ve been here in the past it’s like no one knows what was said on the phone and to who or with whom. They never take my name down. The massage is actually pretty decent but it’s a gamble if they’ll see you or have anyone available even if you call and make an appointment. Annoying.
