The salon is extremely clean and has a very pleasant environment but I believe the integrity of the salon leaves a lot to be desired. My wife purchased a package of tans and we were told that it was good for one year. We specifically asked how long it was good for because we are regularly in and out of the state. When we went to tan just now, I was told that it had expired. I stated that should be good until May because we purchased it last may and the lady working there told me that it was bought on the promotion and promotions are only good for six months. I let her know that the lady had told us it was good for year and her response was “sorry”. She never asked who told us it was good for year or what the lady look like, she did not try to make anything right. What bothers me the most is that they received money and did not have to provide anything for it. Even though two employees state two different things. The lady that I spoke to was extremely pleasant but unfortunately, that does not make the business honorable.

Place is very clean and has different level beds. The bulbs are changed often so you get your moneys worth. There is different levels and times to either lay in bed or stand up. Best to call ahead and reserve a time to make sure you get in.

There was an issue with my tan package but the manager called me and the issue was worked out. She was very sweet, apologetic and resolved the issue. I will continue tanning there as the facility is very nice and the manager was great.
