My visit to Sun City West Nails was probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Deanna either couldn’t or wouldn’t speak English so communicating was out of the question. The fan or heater next to us on the table was so covered with dust on the coils inside that I doubt it would pass a health inspection just by being on the table where we were. Partway through the manicure she took a phone call while still working on the nails. The heater for the nails on the table she didn’t tell me when she wanted me to put my hand in there just pointed and it was at an awkward position for my hand which she didn’t bother to correct. When done, the white for the French manicure was so wide that it made my fingernails look small and stubby and several fingernails are wavy/crooked from not being filed right. Rude and incompetent. Enough is enough! Yet when I left all the staff were all smiles saying come back. Never will I return to that salon again.
