I went to the salon for a hair treatment, but the results were bad and they wanted to convince me to do it again and be satisfied with the current result, which is not good, and I started comparing my hair with what it has become. The employee made sure to convince me to do it again the next day knowing it was bad for the hair, but they couldn’t make up for at least half of my loss. I paid $410 with tip, their service is poor and they don’t care about customer satisfaction The salon’s electricity is cut off, the treated substance is placed on the hair, and the customer leaves and goes to another customer without completing their work. She talks a lot and feels like she’s not perfect for her job You take a snapshot of the client’s hair before and after the treatment, not the end result after the shower.

DO NOT GO HERE TO TAN! I went in to get a spray tan I paid 30 bucks I went inside looked at instructions, went inside the machine the machine is not coming I get dressed go to the front the girl is telling me my minutes are up and I would have to pay again LOL I’m telling her I didn’t tan the machine was not even on, she decided to give me a tan “on the house” I go back inside same thing the machine is not coming on. She tells me it’s not her problem I don’t know how to turn the machine on, Ok so let’s go together so you can see the machine yourself she tells me she is not trained to work tanning machines she only works front desk. By the way while I was there another lady came out complaining her bed is dirty and was never cleaned, she said she would give her a towel so she can clean it herself just NOO skip this dirty place.

Probably the worst experience at a salon for me and my bridesmaids. I booked a bridal service with Olla where my bridesmaids and I can get ready together. I have this big story I could tell but it’s too long for a review. I walk into the salon, no hello, how are you. Never met this lady in my life and she gave me an attitude on my big day. Tried to argue with me and say that I wasn’t allowed to come in at this time and my bridesmaids should be with me when clearly I called like 3-4 times to confirm with her dumb business if my girls can come in at certain times (WHICH THEY SAID YES TO). She was like I’m not here to argue with you… okayyyyyy I wasn’t arguing, she was. And I wanted to walk out but who was going to take me in last minute? I wanted to cry to be honest. As a bride, you should be rested and relaxed for your big events and it’s supposed to be a fun experience. OH BY THE WAY SHE CHARGED ALL MY GIRLS AND I AN ARM AND A LEG FOR MEDIOCRE HAIRSTYLES!!! She also tried accusing us of not paying for a deposit… what???? How does that make sense. Deposits were sent through zelle before the appointments lol!!! At this point I had left the salon and my sister had me on the phone with this lady arguing back and fourth saying a 7th girl didn’t pay. There was only six girls…. And through zelle I wrote out in DETAIL who was paying. So she tried scamming us, I mean she did with what she charged us already but that was literally disgusting. Olla woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day and was extremely unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.

I recently had my haircut done there.The stylist who did my hair was outstanding. Her name is Ann. She took her time with me and was very professional. I was very pleased with my haircut. They also do facials and you can get a wonderful tan there.Parents I highly recommend Sun City for your grooming needs. They are Great!!!. Thanks SunCity!!!

And she recently did me lip tattoo and it was amazing, so nice and pretty and most important it looks natural. OLLA MAKKI IS absolutely money hungry ,damaged my hair MADE ME yes MADE ME get a treatment for my hair that cost 300$ she was mad at the fact that two clients walked out on her before my appt. I was feeling very uncomfortable wouldn’t give me a chance to speak ,talked to me like I was beneath her. She’s terrible her service was terrible and she didn’t even give me the “treatment” it was her assistant. When I was finished she all of a sudden wanted to talk sweet just for a tip! Money hungry!
