The staff was very friendly/professional and went over everything I needed to know (process/aftercare, etc). Critical: Professionalism, QualityOne thing I noticed is that I didn’t get dark at all in The high-pressure bed and stand up (most likely they don’t change their bulbs) which is the most expensive. at my current salon I go to now since I canceled this membership I am darker in two weeks than I was in three months at this salon. Also I always felt like Anastasia was extremely rude and annoyed anytime I asked a question about lotions or different beds. The last time I came in and the day I decided to cancel my membership I walked in to not be greeted by Anastasia and told her my last name I also asked her if I can pick out a new lotion. She told after I tan because she’s in her online zoom class and just asked a question to her professor. I told her I needed the lotion to tan since I ran out and she said “ fine but you can wait then” while rolling her eyes and making me feel like I was such a bother. I payed money to tan at this salon not listen to your online zoom lecture. Why not hire more people if your too busy to run your salon because you’re in class?! Unprofessional and honestly rude. One thing I noticed is that I didn’t get dark at all in The high-pressure bed and stand up (most likely they don’t change their bulbs) which is the most expensive. at my current salon I go to now since I canceled this membership I am darker in two weeks than I was in three months at this salon.
