My family came in to get a spray tan some that hadn’t been used but paid for. That was a struggle In itself. So going to get spray for Vacation in Flordia family pictures we’d very very important to me. I came in to get the tan spray the lady Amy was pushing me to buy some expensive wipe and tanning lotion that works in a pray and and regular tanning bed. Like I was going to have lines and not as good if I didn’t buy it. So I bought it 4pm around. I did the spray and just didn’t feel right. I have had this done so many times and with different places all wonderful and without extra stuff. On my way out I was telling the lady about how I felt she said don’t worry takes 8 hours. Stayed up till 2 and having to get help with kids and baby because couldn’t touch from solution. Nothing happened not a base tan not a small tan. White as can be. Took tons of pictures. Called the next morning on my way to Flordia and Amy so ugly on the phone kept me on hold 15 min and no answer Had to call another store to ask them for district manager to call me. I am still waiting on that call. This place is beyond deplorable and spray tan $40 plus extra $38 and nothing close to $100 wouldn’t you be upset? Didn’t get anything you paid for and was told extra good with what I was sold. All sales are final. That’s if you actually get what you paid for Amy
