Not only being a solid principle of business marketing, but also aiding deductive rationale in a consumer, from the moment that my eyes fell on the well-designed Sum’s Barbershop sign I knew that there was quality beyond. After all, what’s on the inside of a business is usually reflected on its outside. As a man who likes for his haircuts to be completely finished, with no “strays” to have to snip at home and a straight-razor neck shave, a customer could not ask for better results. In a word: polished. But wait! There’s more! All matter of facial grooming is considered without mention as well, from eyebrows to beard borders to ears (for those that need it). The gentleman barber asked about my ever-present 10 o’ clock shadow- shave it off, shore up its margins, or streamline it. I streamlined it and the experience was pure comfort and relaxation. Though I’m sure that the barbers can facilitate your timing needs, my shave experience was slow, methodical, and finite, and very reminiscent of Upper East Side Manhattan. Truly, a work of art. To add icing to the cake, the hours of Sum’s Barbershop are prime, as my schedule has to rank as one of the Top 10 Worst Work Schedules at a Beloved Job in America for getting other things accomplished. lol Thank you Sum’s… for a total experience in grooming, relaxation, and professionalism that should be a model for everyone in the business world. I could not recommend this barbershop more. For those that want the total experience, visit Sum’s, across the highway from Wendy’s in Russellville. See you soon!
