Our microdermabrasion treatments are administered by a trained aesthetician or nurse. I received excellent customer service all the way (from the initial phone call all the way up to checking-in and getting evaluated). My questions were all answered and I felt listened to. The Nurse Practitioner, Janelle, was honest with me and did not push me to do the procedures. I later went back and saw Jason for further evaluation – what a kind, truly nice man, felt so at ease with him (and I usually would not want a man working on my veins, so this says a LOT!). Whenever I do get the procedure done, this is who I want to do it! So easy to talk to and down-to-earth with lots of experience.
