Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for the past few years, however, this was the second consecutive time the same technician did my nails (regular mani-pedi), and both times the polish started coming off only a few hours later. She also left a nail all jagged and longer than the others and I had to tell her to file it down to the same length as the rest. She kept adding thinner to both polish bottles, and that’s also likely the reason why their polish does not last. But what made matters really worst is that I emailed the business a couple days later expressing my disappointment at the quality of service received the last couple of times and offered them a chance to make it right, and none has yet acknowledged my comments. The photos are of the pedicure, about 3 hours later, and the manicure, right after I woke up the following day. I did not use my hands (or feet) in any way where I would cause the polish to chip. It was literally falling off on its own. I had to remove the whole thing off my hands the day after because it already looked awful.Services: Manicure, PedicureI have been going to this salon for the past few years, however, this was the second consecutive time the same technician did my nails (regular mani-pedi), and both times the polish started coming off only a few hours later.
