Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityUnfortunately, I had a very bad experience here. I wouldn’t recommend them for a blowout if you have hair past your shoulders, or very fine/soft hair. They washed my hair with cold water, and once I sat down for the blowout, I watched so much of my hair get torn out with tears in my eyes. I had upwards of 11 round brushes in my hair at once, all of which got tangled terribly in my hair. It wasn’t a gentle process removing them and a day later I have such an aching neck from all the pulling and ripping.
