Nice salon and nice service. For some reason every time I do a gel manicure here, my nail polish peels off after 2-3 days. I went back because you get a 7 day guarantee… they do it again and still, the polish peels off in 2 days. Attached is a pic. I’m frustrated because I paid a lot of money and don’t seem to get the gel to stay more than 2 days. Also, got a pedicure and my nail literally broke after 2 days. My nails are probably weak now because they file it down but don’t seem to put anything to strengthen the nail to avoid painful damage like nail breaking down

my favorite gel mani in nyc! the salon is really clean and overall a great experience. the gel manicure lasts for about 2-3 weeks until my nails grow out. the staff is awesome here!

Been going for many years but the quality has been going down with each visit. They often overbook for the same time slot… so appointments become useless. You will wait no matter what. Nail techs hurry between customers and it’s unsettling because they loudly talk to one another while looking at customers, almost as though they are discussing us. Last month, I was very uncomfortable because the nail tech working with another customer (seated next to me) cut this poor customer’s finger nail so it bled, and she stood up abruptly and left. My most recent nail job was also done sloppily and it chipped the next day. So sad.
