Summa Health Falling Waters Spa

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityWow, what an incredible experience. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday this year and contacted the spa just days before I wanted to come in. The receptionist, Kim, was very accommodating and polite. She worked with me to get me on the schedule the day that I requested for a Spa Pedi, Gel Manicure and 75 minute facial. She did a wonderful job explaining exactly what to expect during my experience there (masks, time between treatments, cancelations, etc.). Both the technicians, the one who did my mani and pedi and the one who did my facial were also very polite. I am currently 8 months pregnant and they were so accommodating, making sure that I was comfortable through with all treatments. One thing that I really appreciate, which some may not, is that they did not speak to me much at all during all of my treatments. I had peace, quiet and relaxation which is EXACTLY what I was looking for and needed. Overall this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back.Wow, what an incredible experience. Wow, what an incredible experience. I wanted to treat myself for my birthday this year and contacted the spa just days before I wanted to come in.
