Hannah was able to help me upfront when I had some technical difficulties redeeming my Groupon voucher and Ana, the massage therapist, gave the best massage I have ever had! We booked massage appointments here, sight unseen, because we would be in town for the night. You never know what to expect, but this place was awesome! The massage area is so adorable, with these great tents separating the massage rooms. The staff were all very friendly, and the store out front also seems very nice. Highly recommend!

I really want to like this store. I really like some of their products. My biggest complaints are: they are overpriced!! And it’s very difficult to find prices when shopping. None of their products have a price tag. There are some price signs that are very confusing and hard to find when shopping. It puts the burden on the customer. And most of their salespeople are undertrained, or clueless about pricing.
