Updating my review: Sukhy called me trying to understand what happened, she told me that that kind of wax wasn’t supposed to be used with Brazilian wax, I believe that she will do something to change this process and make less painful for her clients, my Mother in law goes to Sukhy for so many years that I want to believe that I was just not lucky, I will definitely go there again to get my eyebrows done, the way I see she cares about her bussines and she will do everything in her power to offer good service!!

Because I came here for the first time and I’ve never been treated that bad… owner was straight up rude. And kept twisting and turning my head during the threading. She asked about the color I wanted for my tint and I wasn’t sure…. She walked away and left me sitting there . I’ll never be back here and I hope my friends stop using this business also. Very unfriendly and unprofessional for a beauty business. Never again

Critical: PunctualityFast service overall. Giving them a poor review because they don’t keep up with their work schedule if they close at 7pm and you arrive at 6;30pm they will be gone by then drove miles to find out they were already closed and gone for the day this has happened a number of times now!Service: Eyebrow threading
