I called to cancel an appointment due to recent exposure to COVID from someone I was in close contact with and was told that no matter the reason for a cancellation within 24 hours they would charge the full amount. I was given a ‘one-time exception’ because I had not canceled with them previously but in the future, even if it was due to COVID exposure (or illness) then they would charge the full amount. I was appalled that they are willing to endanger their employees in this way. I let them know I would be happy to come in and expose folks if that is what they prefer. Emma was rude, hostile, and unprofessional. I have cancelled all my services with Suite B and will be looking for other salons to take care of my needs.

I’ve been going to Daisy for months now to get sugaring done and she’s the best! I want to recommend her to everyone but don’t want to selfishly so her appointments don’t get all booked up I was once running 10 minutes late and she had an appointment right after me, she did my sugaring in about 1/2 the time so I didn’t have to reschedule and made it work, can’t speak highly enough about her.
