Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is my go to spot. I always make my appointment with Kevin. He’s very professional and has always taken care of me. He makes suggestions based on your hair style and I can honestly say I have never had a better hair cut. This man is an artist when it comes to his profession. This is my go to spot. I always make my appointment with Kevin. He’s very professional and has always taken care of me. He makes suggestions based on your hair style and I can honestly say I have never had a better hair cut. This man is an artist when it comes to his profession. The owner James has been cutting my hair for the last 7 years and I was excited when he opened this location for himself. I have followed him from Jackson to Coltsneck and finally to Freehold. Critical: ProfessionalismBooked to get a cut at 2pm and they text me saying if i can reschedule 1hr before my appointment even tho I scheduled my appointment at 8am. Ridiculous how they treat their customers. Thats why i usually go to Reflections Barbershop by IPlay because they are more professional and do business better.Service: Haircut

Positive: QualityGreat place and great staff. I’ve been coming to this barber shop for 3 years and not once have I had a bad cut. The only negative that I would say is that I have NEVER got in the chair right when my appointment is supposed to be. That’s cool though because you could spend hours in there looking at the merchandise they have for sale. Overall great place and great people. Great place and great staff. I’ve been coming to this barber shop for 3 years and not once have I had a bad cut. The only negative that I would say is that I have NEVER got in the chair right when my appointment is supposed to be. That’s cool though because you could spend hours in there looking at the merchandise they have for sale. Overall great place and great people. Definitely recomend anyone tries it out.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI have always been very happy with the quality of haircuts that my 2 sons have received at Suite 23. Every time my boys get their hair cuts they come out smiling. With that being said, EVERY time we have made an appointment, they have had to wait for at LEAST 45 minutes AFTER their scheduled time to get seen. Today I dropped my 16 year old son off to get his hair cut and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes from the time he walked in at his scheduled appointment time, until the time he was actually done. When I confronted the owner about this, he was VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! He YELLED and said that he had been working since 4 am and that he can’t control people who are late. You are absolutely right! You can’t control others but you can call the waiting customers and explain that they are running late and can you come later. You could also reschedule the late appointments for another day and time. You CAN control the way you speak to paying “cash only” customers. HORRIBLE customer service!
