This place is one of the worst places I’ve been to! I gave it a 1 star because I wasn’t able to give it a zero ! Manager is rude and rushes everything! Then he takes smoking breaks IN THE MIDDLE OF DOING YOUR NAILS!!! They try to convince you to get gel because you have to pay more for it ! The gel isn’t even gel! It’s so watery ! All they do is talk and not do the actual nails. They really don’t care and it’s sad ! Save your money and go to a different place unless you want the worst nail experience ever!

Horrible, definitely overpriced, hole in the wall, worst of the worst for lack of a better word. This place is disgusting PERIOD!! I’m mad I even paid for the service. The older guy did not do my nails correctly then got mad when I said to fix them. So when I asked how much I was appalled when he said $78. He tried to charge me for “shaping my nails” which I did not ask for. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Very disappointing!! I really don’t understand how they’re still open.

I honestly don’t understand how people can give this place a 5 star they don’t even deserve the 1 star, only because it’s the only way to leave my review. This place is the worse of all. The owner has tendency to overcharge you and tried to tell you that he charged you extra that you were not even aware of. I got my eyebrows done there before he overcharged me because I didn’t do a combo (lips/eyebrows). I decided to try them for the first time for my nails, terrible, terrible. He tried to overcharged me again saying that he’s charging me for filling my nails down, even though the lady who did my nails confirm otherwise. Please save yourself from the headache this place should be shut down, the owner is bias and disrespectful.

Pedicure and overall process was very rushed, no massage chairs. Owners/supervisor were very annoyed and rude when you can’t understand them, even though there is an obvious language barrier on their end. They even got annoyed when you took time to pick your polish color. Not an overall relaxing environment at all.

TERRIBLE!! Everything is rushed. They get upset when you are telling them that you don’t like the way they are doing it. Nail polish in the salon is so watery, abs they don’t do nails right at all !!! I just got them done there and now I want to take them off!!
