I used to like sugaring, I mainly came here to get my eyebrows done. They used to have a few sugaristas before that left my eyebrows so nice. Then I guess they left & eventually each sugarista I see now when I visit to get my eyebrows done, do not know how to do my eyebrows at all. It looks like I didn’t get my eyebrows done.. there is still hairs underneath, my eyebrows don’t look shaped at all like when I usually get them done correctly. There’s no grand difference, & I am always left with a blood mark from tweezing incorrectly.

My experience would be so much better if the service matched the energy. Customer service skills goes a long way. I didn’t have the best experience. I booked an appointment and arrived on time. However, the staff proceeded to continue cleaning the lobby and rooms while I waited to be serviced. After 15 mins, I left. The other appointment at another location was canceled while I waited to be serviced due to a no show… lastly, I received a wax service that was different than my first experience. Same service and person just different in quality, attentiveness, and detail which was great but I wish all of the wax appointments would be a consistent experience with the same person.
